Joseph W. Wilson, CPA, CGMA, CMA, CFM, MBA has been a partner with Wilson, Phillips & Agin, CPA's, Inc. since 1995. Joe was also an Associate Professor of Accounting at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio. Joe was in the public accounting practice since 1987. He is a graduate of the Clarion University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPA's. Joe was the firm's Quality Control Partner and was active in the firm's auditing practice. He also prepared Corporate, Partnership, and Individual income tax returns. Joe is now happily retired.

Kenneth B. Phillips, CPA has been a partner with Wilson, Phillips & Agin, CPA's, Inc. since he joined the firm in December, 1997. Ken has been in the public accounting practice since 1988. He is in charge of the firm's auditing and accounting practice, which includes: audits, reviews, and compilations for Corporate, Not-for-Profit, and Governmental entities. Ken also prepares Corporate, Not-for-Profit, Partnership, and Individual tax returns. He is a 1985 graduate of The Ohio State University. Ken is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jennifer J. Agin, CPA, MT has been with Wilson, Phillips & Agin, CPA's, Inc. since January, 1996. She has been a partner since November, 1999. Jennifer has been in the public accounting practice since 1994. She is in charge of the firm's tax, accounting, and reporting divisions. Jennifer prepares Corporate, Not-for-Profit, Partnership, Trust, Estate, and Individual tax returns. She is a 1994 graduate of The Ohio State University, and a 1997 graduate of The Capital University. She is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
